Admittedly before I started blogging I didn’t really use proper make up brushes. Yes you will cringe when you hear that I used to put my eyeshadow on with those awful sponge applicators and I always used my hands for putting on my foundation. I never actually realised how much of a difference a good quality brush can make when applying make up.
Sigma beauty are one of the fastest-growing and top-rated companies in the beauty industry due to their exceptional and stylish products but at an affordable price. Their main focus is on make up brushes however they do also sell some make up products.
I was lucky enough to be sent the f88 flat angled kabuki brush to try out as well as an eyeliner brush.
This is how the flat angled kabuki is described on Sigmas website:
Unique Feature: Soft and angled head
Function: Blended cream product application
Recommended Use: Blends foundation easily onto hard-to-reach areas of the face. Angle fits all areas of the face seamlessly. Works especially well on cheekbones and contours of the nose.
Bristle Type: Synthetic Sigmax™
Now I’m not going to lie, I already have my holy grail make up brush but this still works really nicely with liquid foundation and does fit nicely into the contours of the face. I also found that is amazing for blending in highlighter especially on the cheek bones. Lastly the bristles are sooooo soft and I may have sat there for a few minutes upon opening the package just brushing my face with it!!!!
You can buy the flat angled kabuki on Sigmas website for $18 (around £11-£12). The eyeshadow and eyeliner brushes start from $10, which I think is really reasonable for a good quality brush. I am yet to try the eyeliner brush as I do not own any gel liner but I have heard good things!!
I am now also a sigma affiliate so if you click on the banner in my sidebar you get a free gift when you spend over $30.
Have you ever tried sigma?
